Collaborating directly with the Founder and another designer on the project, I spearheaded the overhaul of Tribal Tapestry's digital platform. My responsibilities included developing the frontend design with Webflow e-commerce and designing a backend dashboard (currently in development). Additionally, I provided strategic guidance through ongoing product analysis and competitor benchmarking.
